Politicians, LTB and Airbnb don’t seem to understand that one change on their part can change the whole real estate landscape.
Just look at what has happened to the Toronto Market, Airbnb, hotels, etc. We, as real estate investors, landlords and landowners, need to always be ahead of the game and have multiple strategies going into a deal and multiple strategies getting out of real estate. That, my friends is the way of the future in real estate.
