I was making a presentation about my advocating for the landlords in St Catharines, Ontario, Canada and winning the appeal that would have forced licensing for small landlords!! Ultak Ultak, The Urban Landlords & Tenants Association of Kenya (Ultak Ultak) is hosting The International Congress for Global Landlords in Kenya, Africa in December 2019. It’s the first Congress of its kind in the world where the landlords and property owners can share resources and solutions to the world wide housing crisis.
